Ellen Martin Kramer is a professional organizer, productivity trainer and efficiency coach with a passion for changing lives. Recognized as a leader in her field she has appeared on Dr Oz, Larry King Live and TLC, Ellen has earned celebrity organizer status. She’s co-author of the book Exploring Productivity: Ideas from Industry Professionals on Getting More Done in the Workplace, a collection of common sense ideas shared by seasoned experts.
Ellen specializes in working with busy professionals and business owners who struggle with excessive clutter, time management, and disorganization issues. She teaches companies how to create their own productive, efficient work environments by using proven organizational systems.
Most importantly, Ellen ensures that each client develops the good habits necessary to stay organized. In addition to her various accomplishments, she is trained in identifying learning styles and individual behaviors that effect overall organizational ability.
Ellen is able to objectively analyze each situation to produce a custom plan for long-term success. She is an accomplished organizer and has earned certification from prominent training programs including; Productive Environment Institute, Clear & Simple Certified Professional Organizer Program and the Institute for Challenging Disorganization.
In 2003, Ellen founded A New Leaf LLC, a professional organizing service to assist individuals in finding order in their chaotic environments. She offers hands-on organizing, virtual accountability programs and coaching .She delivers upbeat and interactive training programs, corporate workshops and seminars that encourage audiences to transform their lives through mastery of their environment and behavior.
Productivity and Organizing Consultant
Michael Martin is an Organizing and Productivity Consultant that strives to make a difference in his clients lives. While he is one of our newer consultants, he is not new to this line of work.
Michael served nine years in the United States Army as a Military Police Non-Commissioned Officer. During that time, he wore many different hats. He served as an Operations Sergeant, planning and directing countless installation wide events. He also served as a Squad Leader which means that he also understands how to directly lead people and the dynamics of first line supervision. In addition to these positions, he was assigned as a Section Leader, Safety Officer and Driver’s Training NCO, and received many awards and accolades while serving in these positions.
Michael works tirelessly to ensure that all his clients’ needs are met. He quickly assesses a situation and provides you with some of the root causes of disorganization or productivity leaks. Michael then teaches and coaches clients on simple, no nonsense approaches to getting and staying organized.
Residential Design and Organizing
From a very young age, Leyna Martin, has always had a passion for the elements of design. Her keen eye for trends, and expert purchasing skills, naturally led her to the field of home staging and redesign.
At the age of 18, Leyna, enlisted in the Military and served for twelve years. She then enrolled and graduated with honors at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, earning a bachelor’s degree in business management with a minor in Psychology. Because of her education, Leyna has the insight to understand her clients’ needs when they are sometimes unsure themselves.
Leyna’s process includes studying the home’s features to ascertain its strengths and weaknesses, studying the buyer demographic and any recent trends. After she is equipped with this knowledge, she then begins her work of transforming the space and maximizing the home’s strengths and downplaying its weaknesses.
Leyna takes an equal fervor with redesign. Her method involves using items the client already owns and supplementing it with new purchases to achieve the space that the client dreams of. Her top priority is to satisfy the customer while maximizing the budget available.
